Guthy Renker and WEN Hair Care Complaints

Guthy Renker makes WEN hair care products available to consumers via television ordering. What is assumed to be easy ordering usually turns into a consumer nightmare when customers are signed up to automatic withdrawals and automatic product shipping. Many of the WEN hair care complaints are on how poorly Guthy Renker handles the issue.

Calling on customer service to have the problem corrected results in further billing concerns and more products that are not wanted. It also means consumers are handed to a variety of representatives who are not exactly sure how to help. They inform customers that management will be contacting them with a day or two, which turns into weeks and still no answers. Other WEN hair care complaints include how the product does not do what it claims. It leaves the hair feeling weighted and oily when it claims to remove the need for shampoo.

Guthy Renker is receiving more complaints based on consumer’s inability to cancel their subscription. They are left listening to a recorded message and never able to speak with a live representative. This means they are forced to continuously pay for something they no longer want. Other complaints also include the product not lasting for more than a month. Guthy Renker promises to that the product will last for up to one month and many dissatisfied users claim it lasts for roughly up to a week and a half. The product is pretty expensive for a one month supply, which makes many individuals upset with the amount they receive.

With the amount of WEN hair care complaints overloading the Internet it places Guthy Renker’s credibility on the line. The product has also been reported to cause hair loss with continued use. More than one consumer has mentioned a loss of hair after using the products. With those types of results many customers are no longer interested in trying the product instead they wish to cancel. It is always a good idea to read the fine print when shopping from an infomercial. It is also recommended that you ask plenty of questions and document names when you order. Also document the number of attempts to cancel in the event you need the information later.
